This page covers the Newsoul Youth site. We keep this short and plain, because the people reading it are mostly parents deciding whether to trust us with their kid.
The short version: the only information we collect is what you type into the contact form. It goes to the youth leaders as an email. We don't sell it, we don't advertise with it, and we don't track you around the internet.
Only what you submit through the "Ask a leader" form:
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies on this site. The site stores one thing in your browser — your light/dark theme preference — and that never leaves your device.
Form submissions are delivered by email to the Newsoul Youth leaders so we can answer you. That's the only use. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with anyone outside the youth leadership team, except where the law requires it or where there is a credible concern about a young person's safety.
This form is not a secure or confidential channel. Please don't submit medical details, counseling matters, or anything else private through it. Bring those to a leader in person, or ask us to call you.
This site is about a ministry for students in grades 6–12, but it is written for parents and guardians as much as for students.
For off-site events we collect a signed permission slip with emergency contact and medical information. Those are handled on paper, kept by the youth leaders for the duration of the event, and are never uploaded to this website or stored in any database connected to it.
Form submissions are kept only as long as we need them to follow up on your question, and are deleted periodically after that.
This site links to newsoulchurch.com and to calendar services like Google Calendar. Once you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy policy applies, not this one.
Ask any Newsoul Youth leader, or use the contact form. If you want something we hold about you or your student deleted, just say so and we'll take care of it.
